First or second generation is including people whom was born outside of Canada or is a canadian citizen by parents born abroad. ![]() ![]() To be first or second generation artist with artistic practice. To have competencies with other graphics software (etc, Adobe suites, MS paint, Gimp) and/or print media and/or a general level of comfort using softwares Camera & Lighting (key-framing camera, lighting principles).2D & 3D Animation (key-framing, rigging, grease pencil, using scenes, image and video backgrounds, video editor).3D modelling basics (mesh objects, modifiers, texturing & colouring, UV-mapping, sculpting).Introduction of Blender platform and tools.Introduction to principles and workflow of 2D & 3D Animation.They will also have full professional documentation of their work as well as an opportunity to exhibit in a final exhibit scheduled on July 19th 2019 at Centre du Plateau. You are encouraged to integrate their existing artistic practice for the duration of the series. During the series, participating artists will learn technical skills using in Blender to collaboratively work towards a final 2D or 3D animation, with the technical support of facilitator and artist, Feliz Tupe. In this workshop series, we will learn how to use Blender, an open-source program with full 3D modelling support, to make 2D and 3D animations. MigrArt #2 | 2D / 3D Animation with Blender training programĮvery Sunday starting May 12, 2019, Techno Culture Club will offer 2D/3D animation training program included 4 sessions, to artists of first and second generation for a digital training program to learn how to use Blender for Animation. ![]()
